Title: Software to improve play, keep records etc
Post by: Woodsey on June 03, 2005, 08:04:22 PM
Hi all,

There seems to be a wealth of software out there that is advertised to help analyse and improve your play. Has anyone used anyone this stuff and found it useful?

For those interested I use pokercharts.com to record my play and its quite good particularly if your useless at spreadsheets like me!

I use Poker Office which WAS superb, it has in play stats so, you can see in the window how often someone raises pre flop, post flop, all manner of percentages to be honest.
I said it WAS great because I have had loads of problems with it now and to be honest, I can not be bothered to mail them again ( having already had a few). If you get over the problems, it is awesome, way better than when I tried Poker Tracker (briefly). They are currently also allowing you 300 hands free to try it.
After the game there are so many stats for you to analyse it is incredible.
