2. I believe they are as well as a number of brown envelopes, Arry Fratton Park Portsmouth on the front of all of them. 3. Norwich at home in August obv. Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Woodsey on January 29, 2010, 08:18:26 PM Have you got a job yet?

Post by: DaveShoelace on January 29, 2010, 08:49:04 PM 3, Where is Burnley's next win going to come from ? Burnley due a massive run as a direct result of the 'Wednesday sack him then he does really well' effect Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: TightEnd on January 29, 2010, 08:59:53 PM 1 Plenty, but many are not good enough, and the manager is going to struggle to win the fans back onto his side.
2. Portsmouth will be the first Premier League club to go bust. The best the fans can hope for is to go down, consolidate and survive 3. Not sure, going down I feel. One of the more baffling managerial appointments of recent times Three questions from me 1. Who is your current first choice goalkeeper for the England World Cup Squad and why? 2. Who will be the next Premier League amanger to be sacked? 3. Which of Newcastle, West Brom and Forest will not get promoted? Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Josedinho on January 29, 2010, 09:07:33 PM T1. Lee Camp - form and i don't like the other options
T2. Phil Brown T3. West Brom - Good team but Di Matteo isn't a great manager i don't think Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Longy on January 29, 2010, 09:08:04 PM Three questions from me 1. Who is your current first choice goalkeeper for the England World Cup Squad and why? 2. Who will be the next Premier League amanger to be sacked? 3. Which of Newcastle, West Brom and Forest will not get promoted? 1. Robert Green though I am extremely bias. 2. Phil Brown 3. West Brom, not convinced by di Matteo as a manager. Post by: TightEnd on January 29, 2010, 09:30:25 PM Promoted automatically
Lee camp, great form but a huge ask to get him 1st choice from the Championship Green then Hart for me Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Snowball on January 29, 2010, 10:12:47 PM 1, Have Celtic got any players left ? 6 out 4 in so far, must be the most active Club in tranfer dealings ever in January.Expect at least another 1 in and out by Monday. Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Maxriddles on January 30, 2010, 12:00:33 AM 1, Have Celtic got any players left ? This must be part of a trial to see how the OF would fair in England, at this rate the entire first team squad should be at Boro in time for kick off for the 2010/11 season. 2, Do Spurs have the entire Pompey playing staff yet ? WTF do Pompey do with the transfer fees? 3, Where is Burnley's next win going to come from ? Next season in the championship probably. Any chance they'd take Kyle Lafferty back? Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Maxriddles on January 30, 2010, 12:08:31 AM 1. No they are all playing for a mid table championship side as the standard of football is higher. I was close to believing this until Charlie Adam started looking like a star in the Championship. Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: The Baron on January 30, 2010, 02:13:02 PM 2, Do Spurs have the entire Pompey playing staff yet ? Are Spurs going to sell any more players and buy them back for more? Before anyone mentions Robbie Keane I think you buying him back for £14m was worse than us losing £5m on him! Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Josedinho on January 31, 2010, 12:53:07 PM Changed my mind. Paul Robinson for England number 1. He's not been outstanding but he's not been bad but has the experience and for a long time was a decent number 1 for England. I think he had a dodgy world cup that cost him. Getting the nod would probably give him a big boost.
Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: mondatoo on January 31, 2010, 12:54:44 PM +1 to Paul Robinson
Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: Horneris on January 31, 2010, 01:14:19 PM Three questions from me 1. Who is your current first choice goalkeeper for the England World Cup Squad and why? Robert Green or Joe Hart, not really fussed which. I wouldnt have Robinson in the squad. I have no problem believing he has come on a lot since i sued to watch him week in week out for years at Leeds, but from what ive seen he still cant catch and deal with any sort of cross and cannot command his area in an efficent manner. Hes an excellent shot stopper, but he cant catch!!! 2. Who will be the next Premier League amanger to be sacked? Steve Bruce. 3. Which of Newcastle, West Brom and Forest will not get promoted? Newcastle need another striker. I dont think Carroll and Ranger are good enough yet. Saying that i think Forest will come 3rd unfortunately. Title: Re: A few questions ... Post by: mondatoo on February 01, 2010, 10:06:25 PM I'm more and more worried that we will end up in the playoffs
As for England keepers I can't see how you can take an inexperienced international player for that position it's too important, therefore it has to be Robinson for me. |
