ok, so I click the click here link and it takes me to a web page with two options.

Option one says "Credit Refund", option two says "Free Transfer" and thats it, it also states that once clicked it cannot be changed and is final.

What does "Free transfer" mean? Ive searched there site, sent emails and rang allwith no avail.

Now, i have checked there website and teh flights are still there and available to book, same time etc BUT now it will cost over £2000 to book!

I know I need to get them on the phone but ive tried for nearly two hours today and just kept waiting.

Anyone had any thing similar happen or any ideas what it actually means?

Cheers

I'd phone at a quieter time, I expect evenings and lunchtimes are a nightmare to get through.
