I'm no PLO player, leave that to Greeky and co...but I'd fold hand 1, probably check hand 2 and bet/fold hand 3 - solely based on the read I have from hand 1 which says that villain check-raises his strong hands but also likes to check-call.

hand 1 - pass.

hand 2 - easy bet.

hand 3 - check. pot is too small for you to rep aces full and get him to lay down a bigger flush. At the same time I can't see it being worth a value bet.
