The one served up at the monte carlo bay hotel on the room service was just magnificent, at €25 a pop it should have been as well. We had 3 times in a week it was that good.

I dont think its successful because its cheap. Pretty sure you can make cheaper burgers by your self.

It's successful because it saves time and its very convenient. People like the taste of the product and pretty sure they dont give a shit if its not very good meat
Also dont think you can compare easyjet and mc ds just coz they are cheap.

I think the Big Mac is easily the best fast food burger out there, always choose over BK.

There is one in London on Brewer st in Soho, love the place. how do they work at the woks though, so hot being there all day!

My current favourite for a burger is Frankie and Benny's BBQ Double Cheese or their Double Philly Stack. Both are awesome and both I struggle to finish.

I agree, I don't know why someone would order a burger in a decent restaurant. Might be option in a chain pub where the chef's are in fact just cook's and masters of the fryer and microwave.

Someone on a food forum commented that they were surprised when asked how they would like their burger when at GBK and told by the waitress that they normally cook it medium. In this country due to the fast food joints most people think burgers have to be cooked well done otherwise they are dangerous to eat. A burger cooked medium rare is so much tastier  ;kev;

I don't mind kebabs as long as it's not doner. I've even found a kebab shop where the workers wash their hands before preparing the food - which is a nice bonus.
