A little bit of me dies everytime I eat a Big Shit Mac Didnt I say this in the above post? Im gonna go out on a limb here and say, no? This thread just proves that McDonalds is shit whatever country your in. Why? If its shit it wouldnt be successful. lol what? Its successful because its cheap, its still shit. Easyjet same principle. I dont think its successful because its cheap. Pretty sure you can make cheaper burgers by your self. It's successful because it saves time and its very convenient. People like the taste of the product and pretty sure they dont give a shit if its not very good meat Also dont think you can compare easyjet and mc ds just coz they are cheap. Title: Re: the best burger? Post by: GreekStein on February 20, 2010, 11:13:35 PM I think bk burgers are the worst out of the big 3 fast food I'm with you mate. Always thought they were pish. I know I'm diverting from burgers but ever been top Wok To Walk in Amsterdam? Heaven! There is one in London on Brewer st in Soho, love the place. how do they work at the woks though, so hot being there all day! OMG Titbeam I love you!!! Title: Re: the best burger? Post by: Maxriddles on February 21, 2010, 10:43:18 AM My current favourite for a burger is Frankie and Benny's BBQ Double Cheese or their Double Philly Stack. Both are awesome and both I struggle to finish.
Title: Re: the best burger? Post by: bobAlike on February 21, 2010, 03:02:31 PM Its successful because its convenient and lazy people love it. Its still shit. Absolute shit. Post by: paulhouk03 on February 21, 2010, 05:53:45 PM I dont understand why people would go out and eat a burger in a restaurant (unless its something like gbk). Surely there is better food on the menu.

Post by: thediceman on February 21, 2010, 07:17:41 PM but I was only thinking of fast food or burger stand type burgers. So only those places that do the burgers well done (overcooked) rather than anywhere that may cook it to order. Title: Re: the best burger? Im not saying that you cant get good/bad burgers in restarants mehi dunno what i am trying to say Title: Re: the best burger? Post by: thediceman on February 21, 2010, 08:17:54 PM I agree, I don't know why someone would order a burger in a decent restaurant. Might be option in a chain pub where the chef's are in fact just cook's and masters of the fryer and microwave.
Someone on a food forum commented that they were surprised when asked how they would like their burger when at GBK and told by the waitress that they normally cook it medium. In this country due to the fast food joints most people think burgers have to be cooked well done otherwise they are dangerous to eat. A burger cooked medium rare is so much tastier ;kev; Title: Re: the best burger? Post by: Scottish Dave on February 22, 2010, 01:44:22 PM Was on a Stag Do on Saturday and half way the bevvy session my and two Kherson jump into BK for some scran.
Ordered a Double Angus Burber with Smokey Bacon and Cheese! ...... Best burger I've tasted in years! (does this not count as I was out my tits doing drinking games since 5pm?) Also, I don't eat Kebabs, the amount of shite in it is just sick!!! We usually go to this Noodle Bar that's open till 4am, now that really is the daddy of late night drunken food! Only kiddin, Id happily but the burger and noodles in the kebab and eat the lot! Late night Noodle! MBSFN all you can get in Nottingham at 4 in the morning is a good stabbing. Title: Re: the best burger? Post by: Bongo on February 22, 2010, 02:09:07 PM I would love late night noodles.
I don't mind kebabs as long as it's not doner. I've even found a kebab shop where the workers wash their hands before preparing the food - which is a nice bonus. Title: Re: the best burger?
