Staking proposal for Walsall GUKPT Main event which starts next week. The tournament has a 1 hour clock and 15,000 starting stack. I have played 18 GUKPT's and cashed in 7 including a win in this leg last year. Thanks mate. I chose 1.5 because if I sold 100% of the buy in I would get 35% of my own action, which I think is fair. People are more shrewd these days though. The trip did'nt get of to a good start. Me, James and my bro left on Thursday night but broke down on the M25. Finally the RAC turned up but could'nt sort the problem so we had to get towed back home. It was around 3am by now. James decided to give it miss but we got a lift with Priyan around 9am. Had 15k at the first break, soon as we got back UTG+2 opened to 400 from 6k at 75/150 and recieved 2 callers, I bumped it up to 1.9k from the SB with Qc Qs only UTG+2 called. I set him in on the Ac Kc 5c flop for his final 4k & he snapped me with Ahrt 7h. I did'nt get there. Lost ~2.8k in a limped pot at 100/200(25) when I fired turn and river from BB with 6c 7c on a Ad Kd 5s 9h Td but guy was'nt going nowhere with Ks Kh Doubled back up to ~14k at 100/200(25) when 5 guys limped and I made it 1.1k OTB, one of the limpers set me in for my last 5.5k and I called with Ac Qc. He had Ahrt Kh but I got there this time. Chipped away to around 22k then lost 6k with Tc Td vs Kd Js AIPF. Opened to 525 at 100/200(25) from early position with Qh Jh Mike Ellis called on the button, we both checked the Js 6c 3h flop. I got a call when I bet 1.1k on 8s turn and then paid off a min raise after I had bet 2.2k on the Qc river. He had 9s Tc. Exit hand, opened to 825 at 150/300(25) OTB with Ac 8s and got a call from Priyan in the BB. Got called on Aspades Ks 3c after I bet 1.6k and moved in for my final 4.8k on Td turn and got snapped by Kh Th sigh :( Thanks for the stakes, sorry I could'nt deliver this time, will pay back some day, some how...
