How do you lot get out of being in a foul mood?

I am in a right stonker of one right now, no idea why - not really, but it's like a huge cloud hanging over me and I can't seem to shift it.

I do tend to be either up or down, but not usually actualy bad tempered, so this is an exception to the norm.

I've cleaned the house up (that annoyed me even more), I've played cash, that set me on tilt. I tried posting smiley happy things - that pissed me off even more - I went offline and sorted washing, that just bored me.

I can't do a whole lot more moving wise as I have an injury to my side, or else I would be out kick boxing the tree in the garden.

Suggestions please! (and make it quick<g>)

Carefully open a packet of polos. Roll up a £20 note and put it inside then close the packet back up.

Take it to your local cornershop and pay for it. When the clerk asks you for 18p, open up the packet and take out the note, hand it to the vender and try to keep a straight face while they get your change.

Realising your in a bad mood and taking some time to figure out why is usually enough to get me thinking positivly again.
Once you've worked out that your stressed cos you have not finished the Christmas shopping or whatever then you can apolgise to the cat and stop giving him a hard time.

I don't give anyone a hard time apart from myself. That's the problem.

My cats are in no danger from me.

Pretend you're an idiot and send some random company an e-mail make up a story and ask some stupid question. Try to get the word 'smashing' into te e-mail at least three times.

For example.....

When I do the washing up with your smashing Fairy Liquid, I use hot water from the tap. My wife boils the kettle and uses the boiling water with the hot tap water in a 50:50 ratio.
I say that's silly coz it'll denature some of the enzymes in your smashing product. She says I'm silly coz the nearly boiling water is necessary to get the dishes really sparkly.
Could you settle an argument and let us know the optimum temperature at which your smashing liquid works?
