Sky broadband was fine for me. Then again BT was ok too.

Virgin is best though if you want some fast speedz.

Ours is shocking but they say it is not the line it's one of the connection parts that we have to replace.
Customer service was good when we called.

Edit:
Speed is good. Reliability is the problem.

I Need to get a BT Landline in tho as im with Talk Talk Landline, which is the worst company in the history of internet connections!

Would love Virgin tho

I nearly have Sky broadband after my move.  Eck's been immense helping them after their balls up.  They even call me now with progress reports (telling me they haven't reached the stage they planned to due to this and that, etc.).

Before I moved, I hadn't had an issue with the broadband service - just their customer service.   I too would go for Virgin broadband if I was in a cable area as I used to be for 6 years with no problems.

Had absolutely no problems with them.
