Doesnt really matter, i was having a look at work. It looks like your company's gateway to the Internet maybe based overseas and as such iTunes is being displayed in that country's native language. Try something like this place (http://www.ipaddresslocation.org/)(about half way down the page) to find out where rest of T'internet thinks you are. It thinks I'm in Reading, but I suspect any BT business broadband user will probably end up being the same.
