Thought id start this off as i know there is a few blondes out here / coming out in the mornin for the 2.5k euro main event.
Im in a pretty sick hotel nxt to the casino with my friend. Toby and bram arrive in the morning. Toby should of came around same time as me but it was problematic that he was in london on his way to airport, yet his passport was in southampton  weeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Went casino tonight bought in for tomo and played a bit of cash to pass the time. Biggest game was 5/10 euro but that broke, so was playing 2/5 for 2 hours. Spainish people playing poker is quite funny. They take losing in good spirits though (most of them). Played a pretty funny hand tonight vs a 150 year old guy who was about 1k deep i think before the hand. I opend the cutoff to 20 with  Kd Qd, and he was the only caller from the bb. The flop was my friend  Kh 2d 5d. He check calls 25. The turn was  Qs giving me an even bigger world. He then decides to snap move in !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!??????????????!!!!!!!!!!!!! This was about a 900 euro bet into like 100. I was obvosuly slightly surprised but called. River was  Kc, Giving me the nuts i turned my hand over, and he looked in disgust cursing at me in spainish. I assumed by this reaction i had got lucky vs like 22 or 55. LOL... but alas, he turned over the q7o for the turned pair. LOL. He mutterd a word that sounded like "bluffer".. then walked off smiling. Cooler i guess! ;-)

Torny starts at 4pm i think so gona get some sleep, james keys has 5% of me in this for a sweat, if anyone else wants a fun rail i dont mind selling like another 5% of 10% max just at like 1.1 or summink for fun. pm me if interested.

yeh been told this by lots of people... seems like the problem is real bad... fortunately the hotel is nxt door to the casino.. but, thanks for the advice will keep aware etc.

also, on a side note, an online reg (bad one IMO) is here i am told.. i have had heated words with this guy before as has bram, he is "ladbrokes" on tilt and "danloulou" on stars..

me and bram in hote on dinner at the moment, toby got another level before dinner. (field split into 2 dinner times)

I have had a horrible first 3 hours. Played a dumb hand i could of gone broke on / lost more. Opened KK from EP to 250 @ 50/100 with 12k stack. donko in bb was french and playing a high % of pots. He throws in the call. 7 3 4r. He check calls 300. Turn 4. he check calls 750. River 4, so board is 73444. He snap checks and i bet 2500 which is full pot. He tanks for about 2 mins saying some words in french and looking back at his cards and counting out chips etc etc. He finally makes a painfull call with AA !!!!!!!!!!! owned  obv!
Not much else happening got like 5.5k at 100/200, which is all goooood! My table is seriously soft and id feel good about things if i doubled / got some chips..

Bramm ihas like 17k, and not played many interesting hands, but said he has a pretty soft table.

Toby lost a big pot early, KK < 78... but grind mode for the win. has like 9k..

glgl, I am one of a very long list of people to get pickpocketed/mugged in Barca. Shame as it is a great city apart from that.

one of my friends got mugged in front of a group of about 10 of us outside our apartment doorway just off las ramblas, no one even noticed this guy draw a knife. Then suddenly all hell broke loose as he started making off and we realised what had just happened. Very ghay.

toby had like 4k wen i last saw, had KK < AA but some how flop and turn went check check... and he "value bet river" and got hero'd by the 190 year old man with AA. lol

varico might be the best. i played like 2 big pots all day, rest was just all cbetting flops and winning it there or giving up to resistance. had 64k going into the last break blinds 400/800 w/100.

chip down to 50k, open K7o on button and my friend varico peels the sb playing 50k, bb calls too.
