Title: Harry Carpenter RIP
Post by: Rod Paradise on March 22, 2010, 03:06:43 PM
Another great commentator gone - and all we get in replacement are jingoistic clowns who can't keep their bias at bay enough to do their job right..... sigh......

RIP 'Arry!!!

So true.  Part of my childhood has died.

RIP 'arry, and thanks for the memories.

Great commentator.

Earliest fight i remember him commentating on was Minter vs Hagler, truly incredible scenes, you could hear the fear in is voice.

Hooked ever since.

RIP Harry, a true great.
