can i flat here to induce a bluff or should i advertise my hand and shove?

induce a bluff? lol the guy has shoved before you no1 will be bluffing behind after you call. you're not getting any more action whatever you do unless a big hand wakes up behind

Just get it in. Your hand is face up even if you flat call. In fact, it's possibly even more face up.

Could maybe call to get someone else to call as well and extract a bit more value.

You may end up 3 or 4 way and get out flopped but if you fancy a risk to more than double up it could be worth it.
