Title: calling all techies! Post by: Claw75 on April 11, 2010, 03:40:34 PM I'm currently involved in an email exchange with DTD/ecash regarding the problems I'm having with their cashier (i.e. I can't navigate away from the first page when it opens up).
In the lastest email they have said I need to: • Download the latest scripting engine for your Windows version form the following Microsoft Web site: http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/results.aspx?productID=478EA476-5552-479E-A200-2C33FFD43F24&freetext=&DisplayLang=en I've take a quick look through the first couple of pages but can't see anything that fits. Which one should I chose for Vista? Title: Re: calling all techies! Post by: kinboshi on April 11, 2010, 03:47:33 PM Don't think there is one you can download for Vista onwards...

Title: Re: calling all techies! Post by: Jon MW on April 11, 2010, 03:55:32 PM From the sounds of that article the latest scripting engine is the one that's already in Vista
Title: Re: calling all techies! Post by: Claw75 on April 11, 2010, 03:56:19 PM i've just tried to follow the rest of the instructions they've sent me and they're clearly not vista compatible. sigh. firing off another email. I wish i understood all this stuff.
Title: Re: calling all techies! Post by: Claw75 on April 24, 2010, 12:04:14 PM Have still not had any joy sorting this issue out. One of the things I need to try to do is reinstalling the DTD poker software via IE. However when I view the DTD website on IE I can't see the download option on the DTD website, neither can I see the banners on the blonde forum. Have tried messing about with the settings but nothing seems to fix it - any ideas?

The cashier thing uses the IE engine, and it sounds like some sort of virus protection or firewall, or maybe even IE's settings are preventing you from accessing the site. If you go on someone else's computer and try to deposit, this will either confirm or disprove this. Title: Re: calling all techies! I've done all the stuff suggested by online support and no joy. Title: Re: calling all techies! Post by: Dino on April 24, 2010, 02:03:15 PM I dont know if it helps you but I can lose the dtd banner by changing my security settings in i.e..
"Tools" . "Internet Options" . "Security". If I set the security option to "High" the DTD banners disappear, any lower they are visible.Restart i.e. after changing settings. Perhaps you could transfer to one of the blonde regulars from another site and get them to pay in for you? Title: Re: calling all techies!
