once you call pre i guess the flop is fine, but i don't think i like the call pre

Looks fine to me although the peel pre is probably dependant on history villian. Are you planning on folding if you miss?

yeah if missed i aint got too much invested and i have a reasonable stack comapred to average

would love to keep it small in missed as in previous which was less than 5k

i dont like folding the kq on the button there as it means i am turning the KQ into a bluff and need to be making same play with any2
now with different stack sizes and different stage of tourny i would make play with ne2 but i dont think is the case here

Not necessarily. The blinds may opt to just call, which is a completely different scenario to one of them 3betting. Against a flat call KQ plays nicely in position. Against a 3bet, not so much.

As for actual hand:

I don't think I like the call pre here. Given villains stack size i'm inclined to just get it in pre, but this is villain dependent. As played tho we're obv going nowhere on this flop.

dont like raising without history/read, we generally only get jammed on by better, stop him barreling and at this point in time are generally w/a. given stack we let him jam into us on the turn and get it in v his range in much better shape, raising just lets him play perfectly.

If your gonna fold when you miss and jam when you hit you're gonna be making an extra 3,555 on the occasions you hit and fold out your oppo. That doesn't make playing the hand this way profitable imo. Also figure in the times you hit and get it in dominated which seems more likely with the respective stacks unless villain is known spewy, and A-J pot shows villain isn't spewy. Fold pre. As played call flop.

Dont like the pre action here but once called I probably flat the flop as you probably arent going to get any "good" action.

I don't get why we're raising flop?

I think calling down would be pretty standard here.

fold or 4bet all in pre with right image/dynamic (which you apparently don't have here) when this shallow

as played (and as others have said) flat the flop imo. you have a hand which requires little protection, ie. he will likely have 2/3 outs if he doesn't already have you beat. by jamming flop you take away his option of jamming his bluffs on the turn

Nigdawg said it already, but with reads i think i would 4bet but defo not shove. You don't really cripple yourself 4betting small here. 7k should really do the job or at least give u an idea of villians hand range.

dont like flatting either. especially if your plan was to fold any flop you dont connect on. if you think you can float and take it on a later street ok. but just openfolding after having bricked the flop...duno seems dumping 2100.
