That was Sam Allradyce and Any Preece making alot of money on throwing that result. Major sore point. Hence why he got the boot despite leading us through a good season...
There goes another 1

disappointing, 4-5-1 formation for the home leg

Unappetising prospect from here. Don't like Cardiff, forest or blackpool lol

Oh well, its still been a corking two seasons and we'll be there or thereabouts next season in what I think will be a slightly weaker league (minus the two runaway teams at the top this year and with cash constrained hull and pompey unlikely to be a threat at the top)

Just got back, baffling tactics from Pearson. 5 in midfield and none of them turned up. Cardiff well organised, better team won.

No chance now.

On a side note, how can Alex Bruce not get in the Ipswich team? Him and Hobbs were superb.

Jack Hobbs belongs in the Premiership.

As we know too many of the others don't but..big picture..we're going the right way and are light years in advance of where we were 2001-08

Yes, i agree. It's been an excellent season, where we have almost certainly over-achieved.

Having just seen the Chelsea game, it's probably for the best if we stay where we are!

Shocked to see Blackpool playing for the Premiership, and York playing for league status, pfft in the mid 90's they were above Fulham, Hull, Man City, aswell as beating Man Utd 3-0 at Old Trafford, and I went to Blackpool....0-5 to York, no money and ridic Scottish Chairmen put paid to all that!

I just thought it was strange that they only have 14k for a play off semi final, whereas they had 22k for us at a 1230 KO, surely a play off semi is more important to them than a midday KO against us

no reason why they were 4.4 and Morecambe 3.45, certainly v little between them all year with Morecambe finishing a false 4th.

Got £100 matched at 4.4 y'day, there was then some more matched @ 4.5 but didn't have any more.

Had Benson top scorer too at start of season , only needs 8 more in the 2nd leg.  :D
