I know that there isn't much to protect against, but I'd rather bet 2/3 pot and know where I stand than face one or two pot sized bets and be guessing. Also you are pretty deep and utg - so I think you can bet a bit more than 2.5x. I would assume that the majority of your utg open-raising range is value.
