Title: wots our best option
Post by: AgentChip109 on June 01, 2010, 12:01:43 AM
£100 live comp, last hand of 2nd level at 50/100. i have stack of 10,700 (10k starting)

utg+1 hasnt done much apart from 15mins earlier limp/called  Jd 2d and check called down with flush draw and lead 1/10 pot when he hit river
bb is bit of a donk, raises out of bb with multiple limpes with  Jc 3c and gets lucky when in the hand. also he donk leads flop in other spots with no pair no draw

hand in question. utg+1 limps, i go to iso button  Jh Th to 400, bb calls and limper calls, pot 1250. flop   9h Ts Js

bb leads 1650, utg+1 flats.

wot is our play?

a. flat
b. make some kind of click/3x raise
c. shove
d. or anything else??

Raise is preferable option here. There are so many scare cards/bad cards that could appear on the turn that either kill your action or outdraw you. If you're not raising to get it in here though, i.e. don't want to get in 100 bigs in here, then I think flat, to evaluate turn/river.
