hit "print screen" then paste into a prog like MS paint

or use windows 7's very handy snip tool

Can you paste directly onto a forum like this?

save it as a jpeg and look at properties, scale down until it is 75KB or less.

that looks exactly like the win7 snipping tool. much better than dicking around editing screenshots

If your file is over 75KB (and therefore can't be uploaded as an attachment to a message), best bet is to open a photobucket account (doesn't take long).  Then you can upload images to photobucket and insert the images into you posts within the [img][/img] tags.

Like so:

yeah photobucket is the biz for putting screenshots on to forums
