Title: Should I have folded pre? Stars 1/4mill Post by: chezzboy on June 06, 2010, 10:18:58 PM Just looking for some thoughts on the following hand, bear in mind I'm a recreational (aka brain doing) player, is this an easy fold pre?
Is my post-flop line any good? My thinking was it was value to call pre, on the flop I'm trying to get them in. Stars 1/4mill Post by: Ironside on June 07, 2010, 03:26:23 AM you dont lead top pair weak kicker? they is no way your going to keep the pot small so might aswell tid there and then or get all the chips in as you hit your card cant see the point in calling pre if your going to fold the flop and dont think your hand is strong enough to check raise with as i said i would call pre but you have to lead i lead alot of hands when i missed or hit (normally deeper granted) i used to check raise every big flop for me but find i get more action leading as they expect me to check raise when i hit a set or a flush or a straight etc etc Title: Re: Should I have folded pre? Pre is the problem here, post is fine. Title: Re: Should I have folded pre? Stars 1/4mill Post by: Cf on June 07, 2010, 11:35:30 AM Easiest preflop fold ever. We can't be putting in 1/8th of our stack in pre with QTo.
