Call again?

Our hand is too strong to fold, but by raising we valuetown ourselves. This is assuming we don't have some funky history where he will go mad with 1 pair.

if calling, there's psb left on river.
and i assume it's to check call or check fold river.
so how much are you check calling when he bets? eff stack left is about $528

Villain's bet sizing looks perfect to get the lot in on the end.

Looks like a set up to me.

You're probably behind.

Call.

Check calling river. Just fyl when the river rolls off a 10/J/Q.

From my experience's of playing 6max if he fires the river I'd say we're ahead <10% of the time.Definitely don't lead the river our hand isn't strong enough and we should be trying to get to showdown. Not saying I would fold because I'm tez at cash but I don't think we beat anything in his range.

if we call pre it seems absurd to fold now.

Not sure why everyone thinks we're so far behind. The guy is decently aggressive at 24/19, he can easily be 3betting and firing two with AQ AJ AT. My preferred line is to call and lead the river pretty small, say 40% of the pot. If he's as straightforward as you say he is we can pretty much eliminate the possibility of being bluff shoved on the river.

I really don't like check calling here since he's probably going to fire big both with his semibluffs, better aces up and sets. Just puts us in a really nasty spot where we're pretty sure he's not bluffing but could well be overplaying an Ax hand that we beat.
