I prob should be betting more but pretty much same situation happens on turn i think. What I do? I has the nuts but obv he could have same hand with a flush draw or 2. check behind?

For 83 bigs effective you don't need to worry about someone having the same hand + FD. Just get it in. If you flat the turn are you folding to a diamond on the river? What about if it pairs up? The much more common mistake is to stick the money in with a big draw that is dominated and iso-raising with this type of hand increases the likelyhood of this happening.
