Title: AK spot Post by: Cf on August 01, 2010, 02:10:14 PM A while since I've put a hand on here so I thought I'd put this up. This is one I end up losing but I've heard a couple of different options on what I can do in this spot.
£250 f/o. 10k/45min. Blinds are 100/200. UTG (good player, doesn't seem to have been too out of line so far, playing ~20k) opens to 550. UTG+1 (good player, have missed the pots he's actually been involved in tho, playing ~7k) flats. Folds to us on the button (playing 6.5k) and we look down at AKo. Part 1 of analysis. Then something I wasn't expecting happened. The BB (playing ~20k) made it 6000. The other two guys folded and it was back to me. I have to call off here having put 2k of my 6.5k in already?
