I'm out in vegas now... arrived sunday, played my first sat for main event yesterday and won it so i'm in!

Easy these yanks lol

the whole setup is great sat for a sat the one i played was $200 rebuy multi table, paid 3seats and cash down to 6th about 80 odd players i think coming in all the way thru the buyins i joined in about half an hour into the rebuys!

don't no whether to stay out or come back on 16th then fly back out? unsure see which event i win this week lol and what the prize money is first... 10quid comps in teesside could be better for me before the main event, i think u get more chips than u would out here!

i'll pass it on julian, there's a 2000 freezeout on fri and sunday which are'nt bad but the palms holds 2 200 or 500 events everyday which are good i here! have'nt been yet.

lots of cash game and sat action tho! the pay u in competition chips which u can sell. so alot of single tables from 50-1000 dollars.

also super sat pays u the 10000 in competition chips if ur already registered.

i won a comp at binions last night, played it with my mates kicked off at 2am and took ages i got in at 8am! $1000 but lots of loud yanks lol... no offense to the americans but it was too late or early for that type of noise.

Just won my seat to the final $300 qualifier on William Hill on Sunday and also got the top 300 TLB freeroll on Stars for 4 seats Sunday so hoping for a bit of luck and i'll be there.

Add me to that last list as well please.  Won three stts on cypto tonight so have more than enough to pay in on Sunday if I don't qualify before then. Also won enough to play in tomorrow night's Will Hill added prize bonanza at Gutshot so drove down there and secured one of the last few seats.

I'm on the omaha as we speak, started with $50 as soon as i get too $300 i'm in...........been up as high as $286 but now back to $200 :'(

There wil be a few curly lips on Sunday night, but a few happy bunnies too. Those of us that miss out are gonna be sulking for a few days - I know I am aching to play the Vegas biggie, but if I don't win Sunday, well, that's that.

At least you are already on the plane my friend, always the satellites when you get over there, if i don't win a seat online i won't be going.

I can imagine you on the plane Dave, as it thunders down the runway prior to taking off....

As to the biggie, yes, "its never over until it's over" is excellent advice. And if, as you suggest, a blondeite winsa bracelet in an earlier comp, well I'd be so happy that I dont think playing in the biggie would matter any anymore. Just imagine that, a blondeite winning a bracelet.....what a thought! We'd have to confer lifetime Honorary Blondeness, eh?

After a couple of topsy turvy attempts to turn my $50 into $320 i finally did it about an hour ago!!

Just get another computer and a router to share the internet. Should be able to pick up all you need for a few hundred quid (soon won back in the extra time you can spend playing) and it relieves you of all the security concerns of kids using your PC.

nah, Im thinking of getting rid of the kids, that will save me more money than i can ever hope to get from playing poker lol

We're going to wait until after the weekend to see who else qualifies before putting a market up - we can't add runners after we've posted the market as it will be a closed 'which of these named players will go the furthest' type market, so that gives more time for any more blondeites to come out of the woodwork and confess their participation in the World Series Lottery of Poker as it looks likely to be this year, especially if the rumours of a 4th 1st day and 10,000 entrants are true.

I've been grinding away on Ladbrokes starting from the $8 satelites. I've made a few finals but no seat as of yet.

I reccommend anyone wanting to qualify coming out! lots of action and sats at all different levels! i tried once on internet then thought i'd wait till i got here... come on dave i need you to come and liven the cash game up, maybe we could draw a moustache on jp and sneak him in!
