What would you prefer for winning a poker tournament? (non-WSOP). Trophy or bracelet? In addition to the prize money obviously.

Also, call me a cynic but when a non wsop bracelet is awarded, I think its a blatant wsop rip off, rather than just how we poker players celebrate a tourney win.

I don't think medals are 'that' bad, but pretty much this

bracelets are the nuts if it's a special event that really means something and is prestigious etc, like winnng a ept/wpt/wsop/wsope smaller compys think a trophy is best. or maybe ur winning hand made in gold or something.

huh? i got some ridic cheap bracelet thing, looked like it was made of liquorice, looked like it cost about a fiver. Honestly think the recorded delivery cost more than the thing in it

meh I wouldn't want a bloke's watch.  At least with a fancy schmancy bracelet it's something that can be displayed.  Trophy ftw though.

Watches would be good, but they'd need to be decent and therefore going to cost a bit more than a glass trophy.

I actually won a trophy once for a poker tourney, got to hold it for about 10 seconds, never seen it since.  ::)

I like braclets more - I won the 6 max ecoop, and they gave me a real nice watch (tag heur), but it was a man's one, and when I asked them if I could have a female one, they said, they never anticipated a woman winning one - now that's a bad beat...

You should do some square ones that allow the winning cards to be placed in it.  It'll catch on!!

Mens watches on women can look really good - but I'm guessing this might have been too big?  I'm guessing it's just a small, expensive trophy for you then?  Which one was it?

I ended up giving it to my best friend, If I ever have a child, they will give it back to me, so I can give to them.. It took about 3 months to arrive lol

That is a lovely Tag.  Cracking prize imo, but obviously not ideal for a woman!
