No offence dave but give better reasons than just saying stoke are a bag of wank.

I backed stoke +0.25@1.98 the other day, best price now is 1.85.

Reasons:

-Stoke is never an easy place to play, i was at this game last year and spurs did a real smash and grab.

-This isn't the key game for spurs this week, wednesday's 2nd leg with young boys is.

-Due to above reason i don't think redknapp will take many chances here, any players with niggling injuries will be rested.

-Stoke's over physical approach will stop spurs playing much football, i think tottenham wld be overjoyed with a draw and no further injuries.

-Stoke aren't a bag of wank, yeah they r horrid on the eye, but they are very tough to play, especially away, signings like jones show growing optimism in the potteries.

Think preston@ 2.62 are value today at home to troubled pompey.

Yeah they lost 4 nil to swansea last week, but the championship looks wide open this season and week in week out we will prob see freaky scorelines. Pompey are lucky to name a side nowadays and i'd expect them to be a much bigger price for their visit to deepdale.

Also quite like the look of watford draw no bet@ 2.75 away to hull today. Hull have made some interesting signings but they could take time to gel, watford were mightily impressive in their opening day victory at norwich.

You can back them at 3-1 to win outright, i just like the option of the draw as a saver.

Finally i've backed arsenal on the handicap against blackpool, i really can see a cricket score at the emirates.

Oh and of crse im on stoke+0.25 against the spurs today who will, and prob shld have one eye on the midweek game.
