Personal hygiene is a must. Taking a shower the day before is highly encouraged with particular attention paid to the area in question including the area around the anus. Personal hygiene will make the esthetician's job a bit easier too. Clip your pubic hair down to 1/4 inch in length. Pubic hair that is clipped down to a quarter inch high is the easiest to remove and that will cause less discomfort. You can trim your pubic hair with scissors, mustache clippers, or hair clippers. Don't shave it down to nothing because at the shorter lengths the hair is very stiff and difficult to remove. If you are especially sensitive to pain, you can take a pain reliever 1/2 hour prior. Sharks never go to sleep, have to continually swim to move water over their gills or something like that. Bears go to sleep for like the whole of the winter. So long as it's a good jot into Spring then, I'm going for the bear as the shark will be knackered.
