Mr Shoelace now guilty of same offence, with malice of forthought. I think Alistair should sue him too, 12k this time. Is it based purely on the financial postion of the person you are suing or is it based on the severity of the grievance? Do the jury decide this, or the judge? Just seems totally random who gets what when payouts are decided. Why should Tommy Sheridan have got such a huge wedge, and this guy just 6 grand? Title: Re: Ironside wins £6k Post by: henrik777 on October 24, 2010, 04:00:49 PM NOTW has a larger audience and Sheridan is a public figure.

Now I understand why!!! The man is a genius I tells you.
