Has anyone bought in to the DTD November deepstack online yet? I go onto the shop and add it to my basket, when i go to checkout it says i need to enter my DTD Online Poker account details, so i do, but i then get this message:

! Error: No Account Number
It appears you haven't logged into the online poker software yet - this needs to be done so we can get an account number for you. You can download the poker software here. Once you have logged in to the poker software please click ok to confirm your nickname.

Once you have done this you can come back here and login to continue your order.

I've had a DTD account since just after it started, and i know its working as i just used it to register for the grand prix too, and played a few hands of cash to make sure it worked. Has anyone else had a similar problem? Sent a message to customer support and aparently the issue is being forwarded to someone else so god knows when ill get a response from them.

PM me your account name and Number if you don't get a response tomorrow (which you should). I can then progress it via the DTD team if need be
