Did you beat Web Casinos after reading beat web casinos?

There are some lemons on the list but this isn't one of them, actually a pretty good book on bonus whoring.

The main principle being you don't grind out the wagering requirments as nittily as possible. You punt massively looking for a big score.

You instantly spunk it away at most of the casinos obv.

Where you get the big score, you then work your way through the wagering requirements with decent BRM and then cash out a big winner.

If you follow most people's idea of what bonus whoring is, nittily working your way through wagering requirements then cashing out with whatever modest profit you have left, 50 quid or 20 quid or something, then the casinos hate you and don't invite you back, ban you from their sister casinos etc.
With this way they send you future offers, even if you win. You lose a hundo or you win a bag.

Nothing by the Dean here, rubbish

John Patrick >>> Dean

excerts from his book on Roulette

......

Bankroll : This is the amount of money you set aside to bet on a particular day.

......

I sure as heck ain't smart enough to understand it, let alone explain it, but the acceptance of realizing that trends occur in gambling - over and over aand over - makes me a disciplined player.
My every gambling foray is based on following the trend of the game I'm at, or presetting the way I want to bet, and then looking for a table that has a trend following that pattern.

......

100 Percent return - Way too high. Good chance you could end up losing 90 percent of the time!
50 Percent - Dreamer!
30 Percent - Reaching reality, but still too high.
20 Percent - More apt to happen on a fairly consistant basis!
10 Percent - Intellegent figure. Shouldn't be too difficult to reach. But of course you will be frowned upon by big shots who scoff at this logic
5 Percent return - Bingo! A small, logical, super-intelligent and tremendously easy amount to reach

The professional brings big amounts to battle and accepts small returns.

......

That's the highlights from page 13, there's 250 pages of this shit to be enjoyed. It's a com read.

If no-one buys them to read ironically then the John Patrick books will go to a charity shop where they may fall into the hands of some kid.

Why didn't you read poker essays volume II?

I think I gave this away to a friend a while ago.

At one point my gambling library was about 100 books strong.

Decent poker books still on the list...

Stewart Reuben's How Good is Your Pot Limit Hold'em.

Inspired by the How Good is Your Chess series.

The book goes through 58 hands where a series of multiple choice questions are asked of you with regard to what your action would be at that stage of the hand. You get points depending on how shit or not shit the author thinks your play is.

Winning Low Limit Hold'em by Lee Jones.

This book is for limit hold'em. Written ten years ago it's obv dated a fair amount (and about a game that no-one plays) but I've a soft spot for this book as it was this one by Lee Jones and not anything by David Sklansky that I feel turned me into a winning player.
The author is erudite, straight to the point and incredibly practical in explaining how to actually play limit poker.

Other limit poker books still available are 'Intenet Texas Holdem' and 'Middle Limit Holdem Poker'

Improve your Poker by Bob Ciaffone.

Some advice dated, some timeless. All clear, concise and pleasant enough to read. I likes Ciaffone as a poker author.

Other books by him still available by this author are 'Pot Limit & No Limit Poker' and 'Middle Limit Texas Holdem'

I don't suppose you have a copy of 'Backraising Kids For Japes' by J.R.Kendall? Only it is rather old you know.

Also, 'When I'm Licking Windows' by D.Morris, 'I Thought I Had A Shot' by J.Hilson or 'The Art Of Negotiating Deals' by G.Henderson? Will pay P&P.
