Title: DTD Monte Carlo Live Update tomorrow
Post by: TightEnd on December 16, 2010, 09:17:27 AM
(http://www.dusktilldawnpokerclub.com/images/promotions/52.jpg)

Last year this was a corker, won by Wadey Ashraf, and produced one of the busiest ever live updates : http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=45936.0

This year it is likely to be the last Live Update on blonde for a while (for why, see http://blondepoker.com/forum/index.php?topic=50943.0) which is a shame but hopefully good enough reason for everyone to check the update out, post on the thread from tomorrow and keep me busy! Hopefully we can sign off with an updating bang.

Many blondes are playing.

The likes of Nirvana, Lucky and Kinboshi have qualified via Online Satellites

The likes of GreekStein, MC and Mondatoo have been staked on here to play

The likes of Royal Flush, Le Knave, Mitch, Redbull are playing too.

83 are bought in so far, and the full list is at http://www.dusktilldawnpokerclub.com/result-info.php?id=1796

Good luck if you are playing, and if not lets make this something special on blonde. Ta.

As Tighty notes, this is likely to be blonde's last ever DTD Live Update, so let's go out with a bang.

The journey has been awesome.

Good luck to all blondes playing it, & let's hope it smashes the Guarantee.

How many are pre reggd for the monte! A good dose of snow tonight could really fk things up! Let's hope that doesnt happen to spoil the event!

I'm sure the updates will be epic as ever, Gl to whoever is on with it! Are dtd going to do their own in future? Seems to be the way they are going? Have they said anything?

83 so far

Just me updating

No, DTD haven't said anything, apart from a hint that they might do it themselves. I hope to chat to Nick at the weekend, make our case again.

Snow is the concern. It's arrived early op north apparently and Leeds is covered.

Leeds isn't covered but it is trying to snow. However it will snow tonight when the temp drops if the precipitation continues!

I'm in Leeds now. There have been a few flurries of snow, but it's not settled, & in fact it's a fine day by December standards. ECML are still running their standard timetable, so that tells you how clement the weather is.

Tonight, snow is expected, proper snow, like we have down South.

Is there any chance of this selling out? Thinking of last-mintuing it, this tourney is too good to miss

the 83 preregistered may be misleading as i have bought in through the online shop almost a week ago but my name isn't on the list. So it may be more.

as for the snow up here, it has been coming down but has not settled on the roads, just a bit of slush at the moment. Can't see it being that much of a concern tbh

The snow up north is a lot more real then southern snow imo

All change. There is now a mini-blizzard here in Leeds.

I'm about to abandon ship & head South to London. 200 miles in this will be a fun drive.

It's still raining where I am in Nottingham. Outside temp is a balmy +1.5C. Latest forecast says some light snow/sleet this afternoon, then no more til Sunday. Should be ok.

Going to try the last chance live satellite tonight.

Bit of snow in Nottm. All stopped now. Nothing settled. Suspect it will get pretty icy tonight/tomorrow, so if you're driving, be careful!
