Post by: MrMoves on December 28, 2005, 10:27:10 AM
I've had a tip for Church Island.  1.25 at Leopardstown.  Currently around 7/2.

Easy for Southern Vic in the end, Church Island brought down, not sure it would of gotten near the winner though.

Stuffed ??????????? Not quite. Think you could say it got bought down by another horse that fell

Just before it was impeded by the other horse it was available "in running" @ 30.0 on Betfair.

Which would suggest that "stuffed" was not an unlikely outcome.  ::)

It was never going to beat Southern Vic from about 6 out.  I fancied it may take a place though.  R/F backers might of been hard done by, we'll never know.
