yep I think so.

preflop is kinda MEH. 4x'ing prolly isn;t terrible but I dont really see any benefit to it?

I think chk call or bet call flop. no idea which is best need someone good to tell me.

Im pretty sure bet/fold is the worst option by a long way tho

the table has been loony tunes, 2-3x PF raises just aren't getting through.

Your initial reraise could be a bit less. Based on his play the fold is the best option. Check raise is a strong move and not often a bluff

surely we cant bet fold to a 15bb stack here. surely not? He doesn't have any smaller 1ps or draws?
How many Qx hands does he limp call pre?

He didn't reraise initially.  UTG limped as I read it.  I don't hate the betsizing pre.  Post flop is difficult but the check raise looks fairly strong to me and I would probably just fold unless I had some kind of evidence he had the ability to make that kind of move as a bluff.
