Title: 100NLHU flush in 3bet pot
Post by: pleno1 on December 28, 2010, 09:45:32 PM
Guy is 3betting 18% and I've 4bet 21% over less than 200 hands. I've peeled a few 3bets and shown down 88/JQss and A9s. He cbets 75% of the time and bet the turn (from both positions) 35% of the time. Thoughts on everything pls.

I think you played this fine to the river. If he has an Ace or two pair you have missed a value bet on the end. He is being very tricky if he has a bigger flush and check raises you.

I fold pre but the rest I play the same.

I think flatting and raising the turn are both fine and river you could make a case for a thin value bet but checking is fine too imo

i play it the same up to the river, although sometimes raise the turn, he probably doesnt fold AK, or strong Ax or Kx with a big heart. I think we can find a thin value bet on the river too. Agree with Dan that either is fine however.
