Slept well last night for the first time in ages! I often get into patterns where i'll randomly wake up at 4am and not be able to get back to sleep. V annoying! First cold I've had in over 5 years. The cold itself isn't anything, not like flu which really does knock you over, but I've got the world's most annoying tickly cough and it has meant I haven't had a good night's sleep all week.
