Heard Robbie Savage talking about Dean Holdsworth - said he'd been at the pies too.  Not seen any pics yet...

He doesnt look a lot bigger than when he banged in the goal against West Ham that got us promoted to the Premiership  ;D

Shipps is currently manager of Walton Casuals in the Ryman South league, and i think i heard recently that he was doing 'the knowledge' to become a london cabbie.

Top bloke and a good pro - that photo shows how hard he had to work to stay match fit  ;)

Must happen to a lot of ex footballers/athletes.  When they retire theyre no longer training hard every day and dont need to watch their diet or anything.  Isnt it easier to put on tons of weight if you spent years in great shape then just stopped training?

Yep, could be a good thread actually - post your fat fuck footy photos.

I live near David Hirst (legend) and he looks like a big ol fat barrel these days. He often goes drinking with Chris Waddle (legend) who is also looking a bit porky and Carlton Palmer (legend) who actually looks in good shape still.

Rooney will almost certainly go that way imo

Razor Ruddock is like a beachball now but that was never a surprise - he was always a fat guy waiting to get out. Matt Le Tissier quickly put on a big belly, which looked worse on him as he has quite a slight frame.

He's lost a few pounds since his playing days.  Good on him!
