Make a stock syrup: Water, Sugar (equal quantities) and Lemon juice - heated till sugar is dissolved. Use 3 Apples(sliced),3 Pears(Sliced),3 Oranges (Segments), 1/4 of a bunch of each of Black and White seedless Grapes (halved) as a base. Add 1 punnet of each soft fruits (strawberries, cherries and Blueberries) and 2 sliced bananas closer to service.
