Title: Monitors to grind on
Post by: pleno1 on January 20, 2011, 10:44:08 AM
Hai der.

I moved abroad 2 weeks ago and chose not to take any monitors/tvs with me, just two laptops.

I'm looking to buy 2 monitors that I can have on either side of my monitors in a pretty sick set up. I play HU so don't need one for lots of tables, but clear, looking good, slick monitors are a must.

Any thoughts/pictures/links etc will be greatly accepted and most likely rewarded.

I don't have a price budget really, but obviously not OTT as I'm pretty sure you can get decent ones for a couple huno.

TY

ZOMG, grinding on a laptop kills me. Although did I tell you I was winning at 44bb/100 over a 5 fig sample?

No, I promise not to wind anybody up for at least a week if somebody helps :)

These are amazing mate: http://uk.insight.com/apps/productpresentation/index.php?cm_mmc=Feed-_-GoogleMerchant-_-GoogleProducts-_-Product&utm_source=base&utm_medium=feed&utm_campaign=base&src=FRO1&product_id=EIZMQ30BLK

Bought 8 of them with my gambling profits from last weekend, got all of them set up in a circle around me (with a gap to get in and out obviously) with a different betting related site on each one. The main one is betfair. I call my setup "the circle of my life". Obv i have a leather chair that spins round with wheels on it so i can spin round easily when i need to.

I would highly recommend them.

I bought a cheapo Hanns G monitor (28" widescreen) which was on sale so was even cheaper than usual. Ordered at 4pm arrived next morning at 8.15am worked straight away not had a problem with them yet touch wood (I say them because as it actually turned up for the price I paid and was as described I snap bought a second !)
