Guy is playing 36/22 which is really bad for full ring rush. Thoughts on turn?

is he normally agg post flop?  Some of these guys that are minraising preflop all the time are actually loose passive - they just minraise rather than limp.  Did he insta 3 bet on the turn?  There is abs no reason that you can't have 86 - doesn't he know that?
