Tough one.  Honestly I think that all options are okay but probably bet/fold>call>fold.  Pretty much never wanting to get it all in pre in this kind of situation playing rush though because they always have it right??

Can you actually bet/fold though? Any decent size raise is surely going to commit you to the pot?

Yes Buzz.....correct....for some reason I thought he had $201.  In that calling as a set mine isn't feasible either as I thought.  Simple fold I guess.
