Title: Satty bubble hand. Post by: Autobetkev on January 27, 2011, 04:53:54 PM Playing a 10 man satty among friends for a seat into the DTD deepstack, where there are 2 seats available. 3 players left and the following hand occurs:
All stacks relatively equal, with 150000 chips in play. blinds 1500/3000/300. Button limps. this player is very unpredictable, able to make all in bluffs with air, able to slow play monsters, and very capable of mixing these styles at will, just a very tricky oppo, who I would say wouldn't really understand the dynamic of this situation. Small blind makes up. Very standard rock who understands the maths of the game, not really capable of making moves, although definately understands the situational dynamic. I look down at Qs 9s and am happy to take a cheap flop of Ts 8d 4s Sb checks, what now? Title: Re: Satty bubble hand. Post by: martin.roberts on January 27, 2011, 04:55:35 PM lead 100% of the time.

I lead, if i get popped i'm happy to shove this one ine. you have so much FE in a spot like this and a million outs to boot. Don't underestimate the other guy, he will definitely be aware of 3 players vs 2 seats. don't forget that hitting a queen is very possibly an out in spots like this if it does go all in. you win more often than you lose. Title: Re: Satty bubble hand. Post by: TommyD on January 27, 2011, 06:45:25 PM I check, but only because it's a satellite. I don't want the pot to get out of control when we only have a draw, albeit a strong one.
