What's Sadie's reason for this diet? Does she feel that she looks over weight or just fancies losing a few pounds? A lot of people seem to have what they feel is their 'ideal weight'. Is Sadie just aiming for this? I ask because at 10st 1lb she wasn't exactly overweight anyway..........unless she's 4ft 2 of course. When she hits her target is she going to stop dieting or stick to it to make sure she maintains her new weight? Realistically it would be pretty easy to hit 9st 7lb in a week or so then just stop.
