Pompey - for going into administration. Arsenal were deducted points when they won the title in 1990 and Manu United were also deducted points for the same reason. They had a very good season though, so needed a load of points knocked off. last year pompey deducted 9 points for going into admin 1996/7 boro deducted 3 points for not turning up to play blackburn 1990/1 arsenal deducted 2 points for a brawl, man u deducted 1 point for a brawl 1890/1 sunderland deducted 2 points for fielding ted doig without registering him |
