Have raked my way to a small package to this event, the European Masters of Poker, in Lisbon on 23-26th of this month.

The package gives me €400 in buy-ins, which I think is intended to cover the two side events, a two-day €200+20 and a one-day €150+15. In any case, I'd like to play the €1000+100 main event, but it's a bit much for my bankroll nittiness.

So I'm looking to sell 50% of the main event at a straight 1:1. I reckon that's €110 for 10% or €55 for 5%.

If anyone wants to take a stake, then I'd also be happy to sell them the same share in the side events rake-free, so 10% of everything would be €110+€20+€15 = €145, and 5% of everything would be €72.50. Obviously with a bit of luck I won't be able to play in all three, but just in case like...

I hope this is a reasonable offer: I have to confess to not having a great deal of tournament pedigree, beyond local comps up to £100.

Online I've always been a winning player, playing mostly SNGs. Sharkscope graph of my current main account is attached below. (All about the rakeback these days, obviously, so rakeback included here at a probably conservative 60%). Username has been removed deliberately as I'd rather not give it out, but if anyone is serious about investing and really wants to know it then I can probably supply by pm.

For the sake of completeness, Stars name is also Moskvich, but little to report there in terms of success or indeed sample size.

I can take payment preferably on Tilt at the going €/$ rate, currently 1.38, or by bank transfer in £. Don't mind which of those, but payment on Stars is a distant third. Any payments to reach my accounts by the 21st please so I can confirm receipt.

Finally, and maybe most importantly - if anyone else is going and plays golf and wants a game there, let me know, cheers...

Haha, I'm having the week off mate, out tonight then Cheltenham all week, it's one of the many perks of being your own boss, where you brave enough to hand your notice in ?

Just read your thread again and realised it's probably wise to hold off on the notice until I've got another job locked in. Did organise one interview and one with a recruitment company. Proactivity ftw.

Cheltenham for booze and horses all week, seems sensible with your current br. At least your pention plan still gets paid into while you're knocking down the brown ale and your health care plan stays active.

We re back for day two today (Friday) with 48k, blinds going to 600/1200/100. Almost exactly average, think there are about 120-odd left of around 300 starters. Did get to about 58k at one stage, nothing very spectacular in the process, pretty frustrating last couple of levels though.

(Obviously we re now not in the 200 side event).

Thanks for the gls, but I'm afraid they were insufficient. Gone with just over 100 left, damage mostly done with AQ behind a mini stack's shove, ran into KK behind. The last few k went in with KJ and a nice overlay vs AQ. Exit made a little less painful by the fact that I no longer have to be dealt to by dealers too inexperienced and slow to be let loose on a tenner rebuy, but still, sorry the news isn't better. Fingers crossed we can get out of it in the 150 tomorrow...! Cheers all.

OK, well, pleased to report that we managed a miniscule profit in the end - came 5th of 141 in the €150 for €1406, so having broken even in the €200 by not playing it that gives a total return of €1606. Shame we couldn't find the final table double-up that might have given us a proper shot, but better than nothing I guess...
