Cant flat (I hate flatting OOP but thats just me), and wouldn't like to re-raise to then fold so I'd have done the same as him and folded. Find a better spot in position and save some chips. Depends on opponent/reads... (I was against Glen Storey who had been super active. 2 people had limped before me, looked like i was just applying limpers tax, he had the button, looked like he thought I was applying tax and so smelled fishy.)
