Title: Anyone understand this play ?

Down to 4 in a STT  I am obviously gonna bubble, I have such a short stack and the blinds are 200/400 ... surely patience is the order of the day for the next shortest stack ?

you are right, it makes no sense whatsoever


why on earth is he trying to take on someone with more chips than him?

I fold in his position there and then get busy when you are eliminated

If the small blind knew that the big blind thought he was a good player, then he was taking advantage of the faactn that the big blind would expect a walk unless the small blind woke up with a premium hand, that and the big blind might be known to the small blind as being overly tight.
Eh.....probably not, small blind was sozzed up perhaps?
