Title: week in vegas update Post by: Irishdenis on June 12, 2005, 06:45:12 PM Hi all, Just a quick update.............Arrived Thrsday evening. Played in the $200 at the Mirage and done a 3 way deal. Nice to start with a result. My reservation with the Rio buggered up sohave to stay elsewhere until Sunday. . Have seen a few of the usual suspects around. G Bush won the $200 at the Palms. Had dinner Jack Arame driving around in a disabled buggy. What's that all about. Played my first wsop event onFriday. Was pleased with my play until I got back to back acaes. Got payed the first time and had a non beliver the second who hit a four outer for a flush..........John Kabbaj was doing well when I last saw him as was the Camel. Bushy seemed to be relaxed as he had no chips................Onan off subject for hose that are coming out a lot of the events have been changed to three day events. his is an isse for a lot of folks who fly back to London as the Tuesday $5000 event clashes with the direct flights to Londonwith Virgin on Thursday. I have had to pull out of he event. My intention now is to take one shot at the big cash game with the entrance fee. They have a good 50 / 100 no limit game. What can possibly go wrong with that plan. Am jusyt going downto play the $2000 pot limit.........Sorry for the layout of this message as am trying to do this on a tv service......
