simon is no mug and had a final table apperance in the sunday million and an f/tops. gl surinder, james, and dean but it would fantastic if simon goes deep in this. Simon saw a post from trigg on facebook and had to ask me what "a huge pre-nip" was?. lol Title: Re: EPT Grand Final Thread Post by: Boba Fett on May 10, 2011, 02:17:15 PM The bar takings will be boosted if Deano makes the FT :D

Chip leader with 13 left and ten minutes later he is out in two hands coming 2 nd in a race and then AQ v AK. We were both devastated as I had just looked at flights out to Madrid from Luton airport. Poker can be such a cruel game at times yet we keep going back for more punishment. I am really proud of Simons achievement and hope it's the first of many. Scunthorpe is a little town with population of 50k yet we have some good players in.... Luke chubb10 marsh, chris loschief saleh, and simon1471 Higgins. Whilst it's not Cody eames pez etc we don't do bad for a lower league team

The first ever EPT Champion of Champions Event takes place today in Madrid. This special invitational event will pitch the Main Event champions of EPT Seasons 1-7 against each other in a special freeroll – for the chance to win up to €50,000 worth of EPT Season 8 event buy-ins. In all, four EPT "Passports" will be given away – to the top four finishers – amounting to a grand total of €100,000 worth of buy-ins. We think that the smart money will be on a British player in this event, as they make up around 10% of the field and are in fine form at the moment. Here is the list of British players eligible for the EPT Champion of Champions Event. John Shipley Ram Vaswani Mark Teltscher Roland de Wolfe Vicky Coren Sky Poker's Julian Thew Will Fry Jake Cody Liv Boeree Toby Lewis David Vamplew Roberto Romanello Rupert Elder The event will be streamed live on PokerStars.tv. http://uk.pokernews.com/news/2011/05/british-players-playing-in-the-ept-champion-of-champions-6583.htm Title: Re: EPT Grand Final Thread Post by: smashedagain on May 13, 2011, 03:16:37 PM A total of 686 players made their way to the Casino Gran Madrid to play the Main Event, each forking out €10,000 for the pleasure. ha ha in your eye stupid hoodie/headphone wearing idiotsThat created a prize pool of €6,860,000 which will be shared by 104 players.
