Is it worth it, or it all a bit of a con? Are there better, cheaper alternatives? I had no clue a lot of the stuff that was on there, mainly temp files that were not cleared out using the the standard temp files clean that windows does when you ask it.
http://windirstat.info/ I did a full virus check after and got the latest ESET security software http://www.eset.co.uk/ and now all is good again. It's a bit like leaving all your windows open, it doesn't mean you've been burgled but if you keep leaving them open one day you might be.
