I would never call pre without any extra info. and I would value bet the river fairly small, maybe ~7k, folding to any raise Title: Re: button v bb Post by: SuuPRlim on May 15, 2011, 12:57:53 PM I think its a bad call preflop personally.
as played id be betting the turn as he pretty much never has a straight and now we can bluff the river. I think this is a terrible spot for a value bet because the "air" he 3bets has pretty much made a hand or completely bricked on this board and the ONLY legitimate hands he 3bets that we beat here are AK/AQ and he isn't calling with those. Title: Re: button v bb Post by: cambridgealex on May 15, 2011, 03:05:35 PM oops didnt see 3bet size, defo fold pre.
Title: Re: button v bb Post by: buzzharvey22 on May 15, 2011, 03:09:08 PM yer definatly not flat calling pre
definatly either betting turn or river, but probably not both, definatly think after he checks turn we should be getting atleast 1 street of value, id probably go for it on the turn incase a scary card puts 4 to a straight out there and hinders us getting value Title: Re: button v bb Post by: cambridgealex on May 15, 2011, 03:18:13 PM yer definatly not flat calling pre definatly either betting turn or river, but probably not both, definatly think after he checks turn we should be getting atleast 1 street of value, id probably go for it on the turn incase a scary card puts 4 to a straight out there and hinders us getting value already is 4 to a straight ott Title: Re: button v bb Post by: buzzharvey22 on May 15, 2011, 06:24:31 PM fml

Title: Re: button v bb Post by: buzzharvey22 on May 17, 2011, 11:14:44 AM the way i had read the board, 99 and TT
again, the way i read the board i would expect him to have these hands more than aa kk qq after he checked the turn however, its pretty pointless talking about this as i misread the board Title: Re: button v bb Post by: SuuPRlim on May 17, 2011, 01:12:04 PM the way i had read the board, 99 and TT again, the way i read the board i would expect him to have these hands more than aa kk qq after he checked the turn however, its pretty pointless talking about this as i misread the board haha oh i seeeee lol Title: Re: button v bb Post by: cambridgealex on May 17, 2011, 02:07:04 PM buzz harvey - epic fail itt

Title: Re: button v bb Post by: Ironside on May 18, 2011, 08:12:56 PM i checked back didnt like the board was hoping to see AK in the end but he flipped KK
Title: Re: button v bb Post by: TheRaise on May 19, 2011, 11:06:40 AM I'd fold preflop to the reraise, having reached this stage I check behind. Any bet we make on the river doesn't pay us off with a hand we can beat.
