has anyone tried this out?

watched a few youtube clips of it and it looks pretty good.

LOL its really tough. You need to be reasonably fit to even be able to do it, I couldn't hehehe. Heard very good things from those that have done it properly.

how long did u do it for?

do u just watch a video and do what they say?

I have it, there is like 13 dvds all focussing on different areas, its an hour a day, 6 days a week, apart from the yoga dvd which is 1.5hrs. Yea you basically do what it says on the screen. You need dumbells, exercise mat, pull up bar (if ya can do those) and its suggested to get them bars which elevate your press ups. It also comes with a nutrition plan.

As Woodsey said it is hard, but on the vids they demonstrate an easier way to do each exercise for fatties like me. I haven't got into it proper yet. Normal excuses of stag dos and poker away days always in the way, but im just lazy tbh.
